3.單匝成形線(xian)一(yi)(yi)的制作(zuo)單匝成形線(xian).制作(zuo),先(xian)按舊線(xian)月長(chang)度再加上一(yi)(yi)定余量(一(yi)(yi)般取30mm左右)作(zuo)為繞(rao)制線(xian)圈的下料長(chang)度。在導(dao)線(xian)彎側工具上夸出(chu)井端的圓弧r,見然后在虎鉗(qian)上專出(chu)鼻(bi)端形狀(zhuang)和繞(rao)組(zu)成形.波繞(rao)組(zu)的成形程序,二繞(rao)組(zu)也可采(cai)用類似辦法成形。
